Building the Perfect Smoothie

The equation:
Protein + Good Fat + Superfood + Carb (optional) = The Perfect Smoothie

Note: Use 1 portion from each. If using more than one option use equivalent amounts (note: I know it differs slightly from the sue me...but some foods fit into more than one category)

<100ml coconut cream

1 Tbsp. oil (olive, coconut, flax, avocado, hemp)

2 x Tbsp. nut butter (almond, Brazil, pecan, walnut, cashew)

½ avocado

2 x free-range, organic egg yolks


2 tsp. berry powder

1tsp Good Green Stuff


1 banana

<1 cup chopped mango, papaya, or grapes

½ cup Beet-It* juice or Pomegranate Juice
