Weekly Health Tip: Stop to Eat!

STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO EAT
We often eat while distracted (working, reading, watching television etc).
By stopping and simply eating we are able to enjoy our meals more, eat until we are full (not more!) and truly appreciate the flavours of great food that is great for us.
